Dr. Ghadian managed the Baqiyatallah Research Center of Nephrology and Urology for over a decade, driving research advancements. As an Assistant Professor (2009-2018) and Associate Professor (2018-2023), he served as Educational Deputy of the Urology Department, shaping and ensuring the quality of training programs for medical students and residents.
