Owen is Executive Chairman of Sail Bio, an Atlas Venture company looking to address toxic proteinopathies, and previously was CEO and co-founder of Cullinan Oncology, a hub-n-spoke enterprise focused on developing novel cancer therapeutics. Before that Owen served as the CBO and Head of Corporate Development for Intarcia Therapeutics. Owen started his career in equity research at Morgan Stanley and subsequently managed public and private healthcare investments for Brookside Capital, a hedge fund under the Bain Capital umbrella and Pyramis Advisors, a Fidelity Investments company. Owen is currently Chairman of Ikena Oncology and Executive Chairman of XOMA Corporation. He served as Chairman of Radius Health until its acquisition and was formerly lead independent director for Translate Bio until its acquisition by Sanofi.
