A 48-year-old man was referred with severe weight loss, anorexia, and enlarged abdomen. In the investigations, a 30 cm mass was observed, which filled the entire abdomen and severely involved the stomach. The patient underwent successful surgery and the tumor was completely removed. In the follow-ups, the patient's weight gradually increased and the quality of life improved.
