A 72-year-old woman was referred and examined with bloody urine, where a large malignant mass was observed in the bladder, which was confirmed after sampling. The patient underwent surgery and the bladder along with the uterus and ovaries were removed and a new bladder was made for him from the intestine. In the follow-up, the patient's condition is good and normal.
